I initially wore the HR+ for seven days (using its GPS for just half an hour during that time) before it ran out of juice. Garmin rates the battery life of the vivosmart HR+ at around five days, or up to 8 hours when it's using GPS.

Just an update about my personal ZIp and its battery.the battery that is in it now was put in on 3/19/16. The battery indicator will display in the top right corner of the Where To/Main screen on your device. Gross inaccuracies can take another 7-10 days, at least that has been my experience.
